Dear sir madam. Came into your clacton on sea shop at the factory outlet and met Marie what a wonderfully happy nice helpful member of staff she is customer service everywhere I travel I find terrible and at an all time low not in this case she is a really nice lady and as I sat and ate she was just as nice to everyone else what an asset. Many thanks Mr and Mrs John and Laura card.

Having bought a bacon and sausage sandwich at Greggs at Durham, I ordered a Tea and Coffee. When I got back in the car, my partner lifted the cup and it was so hot, she nearly scalded herself! I then took a drink of my coffee and it burnt my upper lip! This water is scalding hot!!!! I’m sure this isn’t allowed and I’ll be contacting Greggs asking them to respond in respect of safety of its customers!! Please be careful with these flimsy cups and scalding water, it’s a real danger!!!

i walked into greggs (towncentre )llanelli only to be shouted at in front other customers and told to get of the the shop and only two at a time were allowed in the shop the female member of staff was very rude also there are no signs at entrance telling you about these rules and nobody at door stopping people entering ,what a disgusting way to behave

Absolutely love a greggs been visiting the greggs in Totton,Southampton for about a year and can honestly say I love visiting to grab my breakfast and lunch They’re Covid restrictions are very well followed and The staff are so happy and friendly especially emms she always make a point of making sure the customers come first and her service is always on point and the shop is always clean Would highly recommend popping in just for hospitality and a sausage roll

Always go to greggs in Tamworth middle entry, food is always cold and only have one item of each. Your suppose to be a fast food place selling loads of each not one. Asked can they cook some for me, replied no. Where’s the customer service?

Awww the staff in the uk really have tried their best Durring this pandemic .A big well done in difficult times .Fantastic value money food .Always look forward to buying from them.

The ‘hot food’ is always cold. Wenzels is way better and worth the extra money.

Queensway Bletchley,.... I hope someone from greegs is reading this.There is Asian young man call Quinez I think I got the spelling right.. He should be a manager of a shop ..It's because of him I spend £20-£30 a week in greegs..He is so friendly, plight, well spoken, remembers my previous order, he offers me saver deals... I don't wear a facemask, because I exempt, but he treats me no different from anyone else...Because of Quinez I would rather spend my breakfast/lunch money with greegs, then the rude horrible customer service you get from tesco/ asda staff..Please, check Quinez customer service skills( 10/10 for me) and I will be send an email to head office and ask why he is not a manger...

Poor quality food.Hot food often barely warm, but on occasions is hot.The quality is poor. sandwiches fillings have got less and less over the last couple of years. Only one thing is fairly good is the service, but nothing else going for it.

GREGGS NEWPORT RD CHEPSTOW! Well totally lost my loyalty faith in this company. Nee Branch lacks Service and staff Pondering around whilst there’s a queue out the door. Seems on 7 occasions I’ve attempted to purchase an item they don’t Start serving until the queues out of the door as if they are making a statement (Look at us ain't we successful). I’ve been loyal to this company for years even having the APP And crediting my account weekly. No more. Never have what you want never anything at least a warm level or the staff just say IM NOT SURE! Either this company have a policy of Employing under 18 and pay the minimum requirement or they need to at least get some Mature people on the living wage. Just shocking my Experience over the last 5weeks of this Newly opened store.

Surbiton branch : the lady in front of me in the queue was asked to wait for sausage rolls so she stepped aside . A young man serving said "next" so I stepped forward and decided to buy what was left as did not wish to wait . The young man was joking with his friends so waited for him to come up and serve me but he just went on oblivious to the building queue without bothering to explain to people anything. I asked him what was happening ? His rude abrupt reply was "I did not say next ?!!" so I corrected him "yes you did ". So he came up and gave me what I chose without uttering a word . Why should shelves be empty before they bake new stuff anyway ? Surely there is some manager synchronizing .
